Check-in and check-out times
Check-in: From 12:00 noon. If you arrive earlier, you can check in and leave your luggage in storage while you wait for your room to be ready.
Check-out: Until 10:30 in the morning, with 30 minutes of courtesy for you to organize yourself calmly before your departure.
Luggage storage services
We will store your luggage at no additional cost until 10:00 PM on the same day of your departure, as long as it does not exceed the amount of space used during your stay.
If you need more space or additional days, you can add it to your reservation for an extra cost.
Flexibility in your check-in: arrive whenever it suits you best.
If you arrive before check-in time (12:00 noon):
If your module is ready, you can check in immediately at no extra cost, as long as it is from 8:00 a.m.
If you arrive before 8:00 a.m., and your module is available:
you can access with an additional cost, with a maximum entry limit until 5:00 a.m.
In any case, you can check in and store your luggage at no additional cost until your stay is ready.
If you arrive late at night or early in the morning:
You can check in without any problems and at no additional cost, even if you arrive in the early hours of the next day of your reservation.
It is important to notify us in advance in any of these cases so that we can be aware of your arrival.
Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
At Modular Rooms, we offer shared bathrooms designed to provide comfort and privacy. Each shower cabin is independent and includes hydromassage, ambient lighting, and ozone disinfection system, as well as shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.
Can I stay in the common areas after check-out?
Yes, after checking out at 10:30 a.m., you can continue to enjoy our common areas until 5:00 p.m. on the same day, at no additional cost. Additionally, if you need to store your luggage, we offer a free luggage storage service until 10:00 p.m., as long as it does not exceed the space used during your stay.
Does the hotel have a kitchen for guests?
Yes, at Modular Rooms we have Coffee Tom’s Corner, an area equipped with microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, and dishwasher, available for you to prepare your meals when you need it.
In addition, we offer complimentary coffee, tea, jams, sugar, salt, and olive oil so you can enjoy a special breakfast or snack.
Where can I store my luggage during my stay?
